Beyond Blue’s anxiety checklist helps you self-assess for signs of anxiety

This checklist by Beyond Blue measures your experiences of anxiety during the past two weeks.

Your answers and results are completely confidential and they don’t store any of your information. After taking the test, you can print the results for yourself or a health professional.

You can use the checklist for yourself, or to help a friend or employee. The results of the checklist aren’t a diagnosis, but you can use them to start a conversation with a health professional and to get some help. If your results show mild to high, don’t worry. Anxiety is common throughout many professionals in our industry. It’s also a common and good thing to go and get some help. You’d be surprised how many of us do.
