ABOUT US
Mentally Healthy is a movement to improve our industry’s capacity to cope with and improve our levels of mental health. Mentally Healthy is driven by a passionate group of volunteers who are focused on empowering the creative, media and marketing industry to smash the stigma around mental health. It’s guided by UnLtd, Never Not Creative and Energx who provide resource, leadership and facilitation.
Following the results of the Mentally Healthy 2018 study we formed the Mentally Healthy Change Group, a group of passionate volunteers wanting to make the industry that we work in and love, more mentally healthy.
The group launched in 2019 and has so far facilitated many events on the topic, published the Heart On My Sleeve story book of industry leaders and introduced Minimum Standards for Mental Health for our industry. This site is built and managed by the volunteers in the group with the aim to make it more accessible for people in our industry to find help, resources and information around mental health, curated specifically for our industry.
If you have any resources to contribute or ideas on how to improve the site, please get in touch.
UnLtd is a social purpose organisation connecting the media, marketing and creative industry with charities working with at risk children and young people.
Never Not Creative is a community of creatives who want to make our industry a better place. We hope to support, inspire and come together to create the ideas, tools and solutions that improve the wellbeing of everyone in the industry and promote the value of creativity in the world.
Energx is a wellbeing company that specialises in burn out risk identification and prevention. Endorsed by The University of Sydney Business School, the Energx proprietary assessment and approach are proven to increase the collective energy and creativity in teams.
